Woodland Hills-based Key Information Systems said Friday morning that it has acquired IT colocation and hosting company ISWest. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. ISWest is a provider of colocation, cloud services, and connectivity which has a major presence in Los Angeles, Ventura County, and beyond.
