Burbank-based streaming video startup Loop Media announced on Thursday that it has acquired ScreenPlay , a video service provider which licenses videos for use in such locations as Hard Rock Cafes, Norwegian Cruise Line, Yard House, Buffalo Wild Wings and Margaritaville. Financial details of the cash-and-stock deal were not announced.

EQT Partners said Cast & Crew was acquired by its EQT VIII fund. EQT Partners said Cast & Crew was acquired by its EQT VIII fund.

Burbank-based Cast & Crew Entertainment Services , a provider of technology and payroll services to the entertainment industry, said today that it has acquired by private equity investor Silver Lake. Debt funding for the deal came from RBC Capital Markets, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities and Societe Generale.
