Agoura Hills Companies Develop Entertainment

Agoura Hills-based videogame maker THQ , and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), said this morning they are in a new marketing agreement. The two companies said that WWE-branded video games developed by THQ will be integrated into events, pay-per view and television sponsorships, magazines, and other WWE properties.

Agoura Hills-based videogame developer THQ said Wednesday that it is exiting the kids' games business, and will instead focus on its "core" video game franchises. THQ did not say how the move will affect its employment.

Agoura Hills-based THQ announced today that it is in a multi-year deal with the writer and director of Hellboy, Guillermo del Toro, to develop a new trilogy of videogames.
