Approximately $9,000 was raised for charity by Los Angeles and Orange County tweeps last night at The Roxy Theater as part of a global event known as Twestival , said Paula Gould, a PR rep for the event. According to its web site, Concern helps those with the most extreme cases of poverty. The focus this year turns towards Concern Worldwide.
