Anthem Caps Coverage Of Biogen Spine Drug Despite Wide FDA Approval

Indianapolis-based Anthem (NYSE: ANTM ) has disclosed its coverage policy for nusinersen, the SMA drug from Biogen (NASDAQ: BIIB ) and Ionis Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: IONS ).
