Burbank-based Walt Disney Company said Thursday afternoon that it has acquired Tapulous , a Silicon Valley maker of music games for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. Disney said that Tapulous will become a wholly owned subsidiary, reporting into Disney Interactive Media Group (DIMG). Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
