and I thought if we brought the community together for common purpose we could create more of a sense of community to help new entrepreneurs get funded, assemble teams, raise profiles and help with biz dev, product, etc. Not to mention the granddaddy of them all and arguably the first firm to properly do an accelerator – Idealab.
