I started out with a handful of dimes making cold calls from a phone booth in Grand Central Station. That's when phone calls were a dime, so you get an idea how long ago that was. So cheer up everybody, this too will pass. Personally: I grew up all over the world because my Dad was in the U.S. landing pages, etc.
