Tim is the former head of Yahoo's Global Advertising Marketplaces unit, overseeing Display, Search and Video, and was VP of Search at Overture. The software helps them manage all of that, so that they can target campaigns, optimize ads, and report out in different ways. They can sell those ads on a CPM, CPC, or CPA basis.
