There's a big disconnect between their education and employment. Since then, I have worked extensively with mentoring youth, and helping them figure out what's possible in terms of careers. My partner and I started working on this two years ago, and had researched the situation. The same thing goes for job listings.

’ OP: Of course we had to do a lot of research to figure out if this was a viable solution. We did a lot of investigative research — cold calling executives in Hollywood through networks at Harvard and networks through Johns Hopkins, the school where my brother graduated from. Entertainment.
