Culver City-based PacketFabric, a provider of optical network services for the enterprise market, said this morning that it has acquired RSTOR, a Saratoga, California-based cloud-based storage and data mobility products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. PacketFabric is led by CEO Dave Ward.
