We had such a great response from July’s TZ Tech Crawl Silicon Beach Santa Monica edition, that we decided to get another one in before the summer was out and this time focus around the Venice area. Where: Venice, CA (Silicon Beach!). It’s like a bar crawl, but with startup/Accelerator/Incubator offices instead of bars.

The program includes six weekly workshop sessions and one demo night hosted by Google in Venice. Startup Boost says it is looking for companies with the right team, a minimum viable product, customer traction, and viable plan for going forward. Applications for the program will close on March 15th.

Developed by four Stanford University students, Snapchat , now located in Venice, is a new way to share moments with friends and family.

Raising money is another goal and increasing our customer base as well. There are a lot of incubators and a lot of money that is starting to flow here. I mean, Venice Beach is starting to be called “Silicon Beach”. We are trying to get as many artists, venues, and promoters on board.
