Obalon Therapeutics Gets $10M In PIPE

San Diego-based Obalon Therapeutics , a publicly held developer of medical devices to treat obesity, has raised $10M in a private placement, the company said this week. The company said the investment came from included certain unaffiliated institutional investors, members of the company's management team and the board of directors and certain of their affiliated funds, including Domain Associates and InterWest Partners.
