Tocagen Sets IPO Pricing Range

San Diego-based Tocagen , a clinical stage gene therapy company aiming at treating cancer, has set the pricing range for its IPO. The company said in a filing that it expects to offer 7,250,000 shares of its common stock at between $10.00 and $12.00 per share. The company has applied to list as TOCA on the NASDAQ Global Market. Tocagen's IPO is being underwritten by Leerink Partners, Evercore ISI, and Stifel.

Ixia Launches New Public Cloud Software

Calabasas-based Ixia , which develops network testing hardware and software, has rolled out a new product specifically aimed at capturing data from public cloud installations. According to the firm, its new CloudLens Public software operates in cloud environments, including Amazon Web Services. The company said the new product enables customers to capture and filter data in the public cloud, in a way that scales with a user's cloud installation.
