Transphorm Inks Distribution Deal With Mouser

Goleta-based Transphorm , a designer and manufacturer of high voltage, Gallium Nitride (GaN) semiconductors, has inked a global distribution agreement with distribution giant Mouser Electronics. According to Transphorm, Mouser will distribute its JEDEC- and AEC-Q101-qualified GaN FETs and evaluation tools. The deal includes its "evaluation kits" for high reliability 650V and 900V Gallium Nitride FETs, which are used for design of power systems and power supplies.
