My firm GRP Partners recently funded a young LA based company named Ad.Ly So PPC (pay-per-click) advertising on social networks has performed poorly to date. We have spam filters for our email. Advertising has driven the majority of Internet innovation. So why not put up those Halloween Costume ads when I’m on Facebook?
