According to uSamp, the Series D round came from OpenView Venture Partners and DuPont Capital Management, and will go towards accelerating the development of the company''s Instant.ly in funding.

uSamp Raises $6.0M

Encino-based uSamp , the online panel and sampling firm founded by Matthew Dusig and Gregg Lavin, has raised $6.0M as part of a new funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. According to the filing, the funding is part of an ongoing, $7.0M fundraising effort by the company.
