Los Angeles-based Zumbox , the startup providing digital, postal mail services, which is now headed by John Payne, has raised $10.6M in a Series C funding round, the firm said late this morning. The firm said the funding came from existing investors, along with CEO John M. Payne and strategic partner Compushare.
