We're describing ourselves as a micro-cap venture fund, focused on digital media opportunities in the emerging ecosystem of Southern California. Let's start with an overview of the fund.

Ace Metrix is venture backed by Hummer Winblad, and Palomar Ventures. Luckily enough, we were able to get the attention of Hummer Winblad, and specifically, Anne Winblad, as well as Jim Gauer at Palomar Ventures. They saw the natural connection, and we were funding in August with our product, and started marketing in March.
