Los Angeles-based online electronics retailer Newegg and project crowdfunding site Indiegogo said this morning that the two are in a collaboration, where they will help successfully funded, crowdfunding campaigns to sell and deliver their products. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Irvine-based Advantage Solutions , which provides technology-enabled sales and marketing services to manufacturers and retailers, has acquired Quantum Networks , a New York City-based e-commerce retailer and agency. Advantage Solutions says Quantum Networks also is on eBay, Newegg, Walmart.com, Reverb, and Google Shopping.

Aliso Viejo-based Buy.com , the online Internet retailer, said today that it has named Bernard Luthi as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Luthi comes to the company from NewEgg.com, where he was Vice President of Marketing, Web Management, and Customer Service. Luthi also served at PC Mall and Ingram Micro.
