Woodland Hills-based MetaDolce Technologies, a developer software for web search, said Thursday that it has launched a new product which will allow web sites to accept "natural language" queries for visitors. Interestingly enough, the firm apparently does not use its own software its own corporate web site.

Woodland Hills-based CrowdGatehr , which operates a network of special interest message boards and forums, announced Thursday that it has named Taher Scherzay as Vice President of Technology. CrowdGather said Scherzay joins from Elexity Systems, where he was co-founder and CTO.
