The price of two of Demand Media's acquisitions, Pluck , and The Daily Plate , have both been made public with the firm's IPO filing Friday evening. According to the S-1, Demand paid $56.3M for Pluck, a developer of social media tools, and paid $5.0M for The Daily Plate, a online diet and calorie tracking website.
