I was at LegalZoom until last year, and I was the CEO of the company for its first seven years, from 2000 to 2007. What we're trying to do, instead, is allow them to serve more people, and do more things by charing a lower amount, providing technology infrastructure, and modernizing their infrastructure and marketing.

If you rate the market on a one to ten scale, with one being 2002 and ten being 2007, we''re probably at around five or six. For the more questionable ones, ones with less sustainable differentiation, this time it''s a little tougher than a couple of years ago, and certainly much more so than 2006 and 2007.
