RightSignature Wins Farmer's Insurance

Santa Barbara-based RightSignature , the electronic signature site run by Daryl Bernstein, announced today that it is powering a new electronic signature solution for Farmers Insurance Claims. Farmers said it initially launched the product in December of 2009 in three states, and has now rolled it out to a total of 16 states.

Santa Barbara Investor Puts $4M Into Mindflash

Mindflash, which is based in Palo Alto, offers a site which helps companies create online training courses. The firm said that the Investment Group of Santa Barbara also led its prior $5M funding, which closed in December 2009. The firm is led by Donna Wells, the former CMO of Mint.com.
