Peregrine Semiconductor Taps IBM For Foundry

San Diego-based Peregrine Semiconductor is reporting this morning that it has tapped IBM as the foundry for its next generation RF CMOS semiconductors. IBM said the deal marks the first use of 200mm (8-inch) wafer processing for silicon-on-sapphire. Financial details of the arrangement were not disclosed.
