Corona Del Mar-based Miramar Digital Ventures is in the midst of raising a new, $100M venture capital fund, according to a filing from the firm this week. According to the regulatory filing, the firm has raised $68.75M from 14 investors as part of an ongoing fundraising for the firm's second fund, Miramar Digital Ventures II, L.P. , Miramar Ventures is led by Bruce Hallett and Sherman Atkinson.
