But safely seeking equity investments from the crowd via the Jobs Act of 2012 is problematic and has still not been defined. But from my perspective in really helping entrepreneurs, both fall short on several counts: Focus too much on the product, not enough on the business model. Amount of funding provided is usually not enough.

Before that, I was running product at Spotrunner. I''ve grown from driving part of the technology within the company, to driving all of the product development side, and also picking up product management and business development, around traffic acquisition and third party products. 2011 was an incredibly huge year for us, and 2012 will be the same way. That users get the PIN code, enters it into the registration screen, and if they typed in the right code, they can complete registration and get access to all of what a service provider gives them. Steve Jillings: We have really big stuff coming in 2012.
