JustFab Opens Retail Store In Glendale

According to the company, the additional software complements its existing call tracking and distribution, lead tracking and distribution, email and SMS marketing, and automated accounting products. Phonexa says it offers up all of its software beginning at $100 a month.

Glendale-based LegalZoom has filed for an IPO, saying in a filing that it is looking to raise up to $100M in an IPO on the Nasdaq. The company says it is looking to trade under the symbol LZ. The IPO is being underwritten by J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, JMP Securities, Raymond James, and William Blair.

Avery Dennison said it paid $24M for JDC Solutions, which is based in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. JDC has approximately $30M in annual revenues, and employs 75 at its headquarters location.

Glendale-based ClimateMinder , one of the companies out of the VoiVoda Ventures incubator in Glendale, has been acquired by Rainbird Corp. according to VoiVoda. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ClimateMinder developed wireless irrigation monitoring and control products, which were being applied to the agriculture industry. The company's clients had included Monsanto, Driscoll, and Bolthouse farms.
