2011 was an incredibly huge year for us, and 2012 will be the same way. If I look at this organization, I'd say we're building something which will have lots more long term value than at FrontBridge, so along those same lines, I felt I needed to bring in a team to run it. Steve Jillings: We have really big stuff coming in 2012.

DotSpots was organized around distributed objects, and organizing ths thoughts of people all over the world, in all the newspapers, and organizing the semantic blocks of information around those thoughts. That was between 2010 and 2012. One, is you need to simplify the product. So, that didn't scale well.

Production costs have fallen more than 90%. Ynon & I first discussed Maker in early 2012. He joined when Maker was a small, chaotic organization and helped bridge our talented creative team with the outside world of investor, brands, partners & press. Another major hire was Ryan Lissack who joined as CTO.

Before that, I was running product at Spotrunner. I''ve grown from driving part of the technology within the company, to driving all of the product development side, and also picking up product management and business development, around traffic acquisition and third party products. How big is YP?
