FixStream was founded in 2013, and was based in San Francisco. Resolve Systems is led by CEO John Ferron.

San Diego-based Seismic , which develops sales enablement and marketing software, has acquired Grapevien6 , a social and digital sales software developer. Seismic said the buy will power a new integrated offering it is calling Seismic LiveSocial, which will use the artificial intelligence (AI) engine created by Grapveine6.
