Rubicon Project Buys RTK.io

Rubicon says that RTK's solutions are build on the same, open source framework as its own, Demand Manager product portfolio, Prebid. The company says it plans to integrate the two solutions in the coming months. According to Rubicicon Project, it paid $11M in cash for RTK.
