Rincon Venture Partners Sees Exit At Rentlytics

Santa Barbara-based Rincon Venture Partners , the venture fund which was led by Jim Andelman before Bonfire Ventures, has seen an exit of its portfolio, at San Francisco-based Rentlytics. Rentlytics has been acquired for $57M in cash by RealPage , a Texas software developer for the multi-family real estate industry.
