Los Angeles-based 8minute Solar Energy reports that it has signed a contract to develop a new, 250MW solar power plus storage project in California. 8minute Solar Energy said that the Aratina Solar Center will offset carbon emissions by approximately 430,000 metric tons each year, and will come online before the end of 2023.
