Quick Web App Builder (QWAB) – parts prebuilt before competition. The coolest part about these products was that most of the were live working demos. Cool Car Pools for example, an application to help co-workers locate each other that they could carpool with, demoed an entire use case for us. Teams: CoderTie. Better Goals.

Investors Really Want Evidence of Traction So you built your MVP; you bring it to the investor; you demo it; and I will guarantee they will ask you: "So how many users do you have? You may have to build something out to show it working for someone to evaluate whether it really works better than what else exists.

Ironically, there are times where it may actually pay to INCREASE your customer acquisition costs. lowering $1.50 per customer!
