Los Angeles-based Break Media , which operates a network of Internet entertainment properties focused on men, said today that it has launched its own, in-house advertising server for its ad network. The firm said its new Apex proprietary ad server will allow advertisers to manage their advertising campaigns across Break's advertising network.
Santa Monica-based Transpera , a provider of mobile video advertising technology, announced Thursday that it has raised $8.25M in a Series B funding round. The funding will go to expand the company's product line and service customers. The round was led by Flybridge Capital Partners, and included new investor Labrador Ventures.
