Los Angeles-based Hopscotch , the developer of a mobile app platform used heavily by colleges, sports teams, live events, and venues, has raised $5M in a Series B funding, the company announced on Wednesday. Alan Garner of Jackson Capital, as well as Jim Armstrong will both join the company's board as part of the funding.
