Ventura-based Trade Desk has filed for an IPO, saying that it is looking to raised up to $86.25M on an IPO on the NASDAQ Global Market. The IPO is being underwritten by Citigroup, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets, Needham & Company, and Raymond James. Green is a serial entrepreneur , having sold his last firm, AdECN, to Microsoft.
