San Diego-based molecular testing technology developer Progenity said this morning that it has named Troy Seelye as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO). According to Progenity, Seeyle will help to strengthen the company's technology and data strategy. Seelye had spent 17 years of his career with Amgen.

Nirvanix Steals Away Zynga CIO
