Burbank-based Cast & Crew Entertainment Services , a provider of technology and payroll services to the entertainment industry, said today that it has acquired by private equity investor Silver Lake. Cast & Crew was advised by Moelis & Company LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Sidley Austin LLP in the deal.
