Agoura Hills-based videogame maker THQ --or at least, what's left of THQ--released the details of how it plans to sell its remaining intellectual property late Tuesday, saying it expects to complete the bidding and sale of the properties by mid-May. The company said biders have until April 1st to submit a bid and other documentation.

Troubled Agoura Hills-based videogame maker THQ has officially been broken up into pieces and sold, according to the firm Wednesday evening, after a U.S. Bankruptcy Court has granted a motion to approve a sale of the majority of THQ's assets to multiple buyers. Vigil Games and a number of other properties remain with THQ in Chapter 11.
