Intellisense Spins Out Of Physical Optics Corporation

Torrance-based Physical Optics Corporation (POC), a military, defense, and security integrator, said this morning that it has spun off a new company called Intellisense Systems, Inc. According to POC, Intellisense Systems will also be based in Torrance, and will employ 83 people, with $24M in revenues.
