Los Angeles-based Riot Games has acquired videogame developer Radiant Entertainment , the two companies said today. Radiant Games had been working on its first title, Stonehearth, a town building simulation game played with friends. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Riot Games Snags Mohn For Board

Los Angeles-based Riot Games , a venture backed developer of online games, said Wednesday that it has added Jarl Mohn to its board of directors. Entertainment Television, and was also founding president and CEO of Liberty Digital. The company's first title is League of Legends, an online role-playing and strategy game.

Los Angeles-based Singularity 6 , a developer of online games, has raised $16.5M in a Series A funding round, the company said this morning. Andrew Chen, a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, will join the company's board of directors as part of the investment. Leung and co-founder Aidan Karabaich were both formerly at Riot Games.
