Now many big companies don’t have numbers, they have sayings like, “exceeds expectations on a frequent basis, over delivers against expectations, does what is asked, etc.&# They’re all BS. .&# They’re all BS. A bunch of internal Grin F*&^ing if you ask me. They have all sorts of rating systems.
