At the tender age of 15, Tanz teamed up with his friend Michael Schneider (the CEO of MobileRoadie ), to create the design firm Fluid Design. He began programming courses at UCLA while in high school and went on to earn a B.S. Though competitors have sprung up, Tanz welcomes the competition to help define the market.

Myself, I am now working with a medical ultrasound technology firm, working directly with the researcher and a design firm. It's trying to determine if there is a viable way to go to market, and also deal with competitive issues. Where is this talent coming from? I might be jumping ahead, but what we are finding so far is success.
