Equally, hoping to unseat TripAdvisor without understand their SEO strengths and how much it would cost to knock them down would be naïve. If you create a business and start building products and go into an incubator or raise angel/seed money and don’t think about Market Size and Market Structure I only have one question: Why?

Normally, SEO is not cheap, and video is a very affordable way to boost your businesses search engine optimization, and help you to get discovered. How is the company funded? We actually incubated Near Networks out of Serious Business, and because we were excited about the video space, we decided to put lots of energy and time into it.

On the SEO side of things, I'll definitely want to get your feedback on Browse My Stuff. In some ways it is similar to early stage incubators such as Y Combinator, although FI is even earlier stage, focusing on developing the founders themselves as entrepreneurs as opposed to actual companies. For me, it's a matter of degree.
