There's a big disconnect between their education and employment. Since then, I have worked extensively with mentoring youth, and helping them figure out what's possible in terms of careers. We have live connections to every federally registered apprenticeships, every accredited university and educational institution by zip code.

The most attractive thing about it was the educational value. So, we were pretty excited to educate ourselves at TechStars. The program itself is incredibly daunting initially, but it was really valuable for us, especially as an educational experience. We have some great mentors now. Fourth, is all the friends we've made.

You’re sales person is getting blocked by the CTO who says she shouldn’t go above him but the CTO isn’t approving the deal. Yes, I know it’s my job as the CEO to be the coach for people and that’s fine. There’s a guy in Los Angeles that I met at several tech networking events.

We did a lot of investigative research — cold calling executives in Hollywood through networks at Harvard and networks through Johns Hopkins, the school where my brother graduated from. We will need to keep on figuring out how to educate our consumer. We also have Chris Cookson as a technical advisor. Entertainment.
