Diamond Bar-based Biosense Webster , a manufacturer of technology for diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders, said Friday morning that it has acquired Coherex Medical , a developer of devices to treat high-risk atrial fibrillation (Afib) patients.

Zenlayer Gets $10M For Software Defined Networking

Diamond Bar-based Zenlayer , a provider of software defined network and services, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $10M in a Series A funding round. The funding was led by F&G Venture, and also included NSFOCUS and other investors. Zenlayer, which is led by CEO and founder Joe Zhu, said the funding will to towards accelerating development of its platform and expanding its base of data centers, and in particular, towards hiring.
