They are excellent mentors and coaches, but have a strong need to be admired and respected in return.

In my business of mentoring new entrepreneurs and advising small company owners, I recognize that most don’t start as experienced leaders, and most don’t realize that people leadership is a primary key to their future success. Building a business is not a one-person job, and leading by edict rarely works today.
We also want to create more capital for women entrepreneurs to increase the chances of being funded and connected to a bigger network. Entrepreneurs are everywhere and capital isn’t. At the same time, I am committed to creating more capital for women entrepreneurs because they tend to not have easy access to capital and other people.
Too many entrepreneurs naively believe that candidates with lofty titles from a larger company can easily do the same job for their startups. Provide mentoring and self-learning opportunities. Thus all innovative critical work is accomplished by team members who have not yet reached their level of incompetence.

The intersection of entertainment and technology has been a long time coming.
