Quibi, the short-lived, short-form-mobile-video startup run by Jeffrey Katzenberg, is transferring its mobile video technology to another company, Eko, after Eko filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Quibi. Variety says that no money is changing hands between the two companies.

Apparently, Eko has accused Quibi of infringing on a patent. The legal move comes ahead of any formal patent infringement lawsuit from Interlude US Inc. Quibi is asking the court to declare that it has not infringed upon Eko's patent.

We were fortunate to be approached to provide mobile EV charging for Jaguar, and have developed that solution, and it's now a big part of our business. Since then, we have had our chargers on movie studio sets for actors and crew to use for major Hollywood movies, and have also supplied charging equipment for motorcycle companies.

Los Angeles-based Vyclone (www.vyclone.com) has created a mobile application which lets users capture videos, and automatically edits and combines multiple points of view from people nearby, and remixes it into an even more compelling video.
