(chuckles) I've been in a large organization like AOL, with really large groups of engineers, and I think the biggest lesson I've learned, as with many entrepreneurs with an idea, you tend to try to use contractors and offshore services. It took me awhile, to realize how many advantages there were to having a local team.

I also like the power of semantic data on the web, and the idea of linked data, so that you can really extract a lot of meaningful data and value from facts or opinions in a linked way. The idea really came from a lot of the online personal finance tools--like Wesabe, Mint, and Quicken Online--where the world has adopted pulling in credit card data, and you can use it, you can categorize it. There was nothing out there in the market which would be the personal assistant, or the personal finance tool to do expense reports.
